Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel Entry-level position (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written)

1. Process Monitoring & Quality Control

Supervise and oversee loading and unloading operations to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Identify any deviations, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with the warehouse team to resolve quality-related issues.

2. Process Optimization & Efficiency

Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to enhance productivity and minimize waste.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

Serve as the main liaison between internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Warehouse) to ensure smooth operations and alignment of objectives.

4. Reporting & Performance Analysis

Collect, consolidate, and verify data from various sources to generate accurate operational reports. Analyze key performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
