We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive to support the daily operations of our health and wellness business. This role ensures smooth backend processes, accurate system updates, timely order fulfilment, effective inventory control, and seamless coordination across departments to support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Monitoring & Coordination
Monitor membership and operational systems to ensure smooth performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues for users.
Assist in testing new system features, plans, or commission updates.
Update product information such as pricing, stock status, and promotions.
Work closely with external IT partners on system improvements or technical matters.
2. Inventory & Logistics Management
Track inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams and suppliers for product availability.
Prepare shipping documents and assist with returns or exchanges.
Oversee warehouse-related tasks, including stock movement records, product adjustments, and branch-to-branch transfers.
3. Process & Workflow Improvement
Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
Develop or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Contribute to enhancing team productivity through streamlined processes.
4. Event & Operations Support
Assist with the logistics for company activities, such as training sessions, product launches, seminars, and internal events.
5. Administrative & Cross-Functional Support
Prepare operational documentation, SOPs, and reports.
Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in preparing reports such as sales tracking, distributor reward updates, and campaign performance summaries.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in operations; experience in wellness, retail, or member-based industries is an added advantage.
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and initiative.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage
due to frequent interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
