Job Description

Responsibilities



Assist in coordinating vessel arrivals, departures, and berthing in accordance with port and maritime regulations. Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Cargo Manifests, OKTB, Invoices, and other required paperwork. Communicate and liaise with port authorities, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and smooth operations. Support the planning and scheduling of vessel movements, cargo handling, and crew change activities. Assist with customs clearance and documentation processes for vessels and cargo. Ensure all operations comply with company policies, as well as local and international maritime regulations and environmental standards.

Qualifications



Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum

1 year of relevant experience

in the shipping industry, preferably in a similar role. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
