Job Description

• Written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin; fluency in English is preferred.

Educational Background

• 2025/2026 graduate or undergraduate in Marketing, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, International Trade, or related disciplines.

Location Requirement

• Must be able to work in the office at No. I, Education Boulevard, One Auto Hub, Batu Kawan Industrial Park, I410 Bandar Cassia, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia.

Internship Duration

• At least 5 days per week for at least 3 months.

Other Skills

• Proficient in using Office and other office software; knowledge of data analysis tools is preferred; strong willingness to learn, fast learning ability, and adaptability to new environments and tasks.

ResponsibilitiesLogistics Operation Internship

• Assist in completing daily logistics operations, including goods inbound, outbound, inventory, etc.

Purchasing Process Learning

• Participate in the development and execution of purchasing plans, learn to analyze market demand, assess supplier qualifications, negotiate contract terms, and track order progress.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Use Excel and other data analysis tools to collect, collate, and analyze logistics cost and procurement data to provide decision support to management.

Cross-Sector Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, procurement, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth logistics and procurement processes, improving overall supply chain efficiency.

Continuous Optimization Suggestions

• Based on observations and learnings during the internship, suggest optimizations for logistics and procurement processes, contributing to the company\'s continuous improvement.
