Prepare and compile findings for daily/ weekly/ monthly outlet report
Assist in on-the-ground outlet survey and gather operational feedback
Engage with a hands-on Customer Service experience
Aid with operation administrative functions
Support team members with daily operational duties including IT support management/ coordination
Involve in project management to implement change/ improvement
Contribute ideas and suggestions on new operational plans
Perform any other special projects/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Management, Retail and Operations Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field
Successful completion of introductory courses in relevant Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
A valuable team player and able to work independently
Capabilities in identifying problems and evaluating relevant action required to solve outlet issues
Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
Possess own transport and willing to travel
