Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Participate in on-the-ground outlet experience
  • Prepare and compile findings for daily/ weekly/ monthly outlet report
  • Assist in on-the-ground outlet survey and gather operational feedback
  • Engage with a hands-on Customer Service experience
  • Aid with operation administrative functions
  • Support team members with daily operational duties including IT support management/ coordination
  • Involve in project management to implement change/ improvement
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions on new operational plans
  • Perform any other special projects/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Management, Retail and Operations Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field
  • Successful completion of introductory courses in relevant Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
  • Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  • A valuable team player and able to work independently
  • Capabilities in identifying problems and evaluating relevant action required to solve outlet issues
  • Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
Job Type: Internship Salary: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month Schedule:
  • Fixed shift
