Job Description

: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operation Manager to join our team at Viki Food Industries Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company\'s daily operations and ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the production process, ensuring that production targets are met within the required timeframe and quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor the performance of the production team and provide guidance and support where necessary.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production planning and delivery schedules.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that materials and supplies are available when required.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in related field.
• Proven experience in managing production operations in a manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
