Job scope:
Monitor, lead, train, and manage department staff. Develop best practices to achieve department goals. Ensure that all staffs follow department policies and procedures. Analyze any department related issues and provide immediate resolutions. Ensure overall day-to-day operations run smoothly. Maintain and built good relationship with existing customers. Identify and develop new customers. Ensure service levels meet or exceed customer expectations. Prepare & update weekly/ monthly report to management. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Requirements
:Diploma/ Degree holder At least 2 years management experience Willing to work in Melaka
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
