Operation Manager / Assistant Operation Manager

Location:

Menara One Sentrum, KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary Range:

MYR 5,000 - 7,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

Partner & Client Communication:

Maintain daily communication and provide timely responses to partners and clients via

WeChat groups, WeCom groups, and email

.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Liaise with internal teams to ensure

smooth operational workflows

and proper

resource alignment

.

Client Support:

Handle and resolve

PSP and Key Account clients' daily enquiries

efficiently.

Business Development:

Drive

new client acquisitions

through

cold calls, walk-ins, and in-person meetings

, expanding the customer base.

Marketing & Event Support:

Assist in planning and executing

marketing campaigns

, including

event design, logistics, and coordination

.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare

regular regional reports

to track business performance.

Market Research:

Conduct

market and customer research

to support business growth and strategic planning.

Knowledge and Experience

Experience in

business development

or the

retail industry

. Experience in

payment platforms or banking

is an advantage. Understanding of

local culture and market trends

. Proficiency in

English and Mandarin

. Strong

communication, coordination, and presentation skills

.

Fast learner

with strong ownership, accountability, and results-oriented mindset. Knowledge of

WeChat products and ecosystem

is a plus.
