What You'll Do

You will plan, manage, and execute operational activities across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include:

Operational Oversight

Monitor daily operations across assigned outlets. Ensure full compliance with processes, standards, and guidelines. Drive outlet performance, profitability, and sustainability. Oversee debt management and ensure timely follow-through.

Stakeholder Engagement

Conduct regular visits to dealers and discuss performance, marketing plans, manpower needs, compliance matters, and operational challenges. Chair regional meetings with Dealer Principals, Regional Technical Consultants, and Regional Parts Distribution Centres to address operational issues. Work closely with outlets to resolve customer complaints promptly. Engage with union representatives on matters relating to manpower, staff welfare, and disciplinary cases.

Additional Responsibilities

Lead and manage the 5 Focus Product Tracking Project assigned by management. Provide operational analysis and insights to internal departments and divisions.

You should have:

A

Diploma or Degree

in Automotive or a related field.

2-3 years of experience

in automotive industry

plus

2-3 years in a managerial role. Strong command of

English

and

Bahasa Malaysia

(spoken & written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage staff at all levels including Dealer Principals.
