Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple outlets within the F&B division, ensuring smooth execution of processes, high-quality service standards, and profitability. This role involves strategic planning, staff management, cost control, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction while aligning with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow, compliance with SOPs, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Recruit, lead and train outlet supervisors and staff to build strong, high-performing teams. Oversee daily branch activities to maintain efficiency and high service standards. Monitor and review staff performance regularly, providing guidance and feedback. Manage the supply chain, including purchasing, inventory control, and logistics. Track labor and inventory costs, prepare reports, and ensure operations stay within budget while maintaining quality. Inspect outlets, facilities, and equipment to ensure compliance with company standards. Ensure consistent, high-quality service and handle customer complaints promptly and professionally. Provide leadership, guidance, and disciplinary action when necessary to maintain team performance and discipline. Identify opportunities to grow sales, improve operations, and support marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements:



Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in F&B Services Management or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience, preferably in the F&B or service industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a customer-focused mindset. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) Strong numerical and analytical skills. Confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Willing to travel and highly committed to job responsibilities. Honest, reliable, and equipped with strong managerial skills.
