• Preferably at least 8 years of related working experience.

• Excellent critical thinking and management skills.
• Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Malay.
• Able to lead a team to achieve KPIs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Capable of working effectively with different levels of management.

Tanggungjawab

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the operations team and department.
• Monitor employee and team performance, providing coaching, training, and feedback for improvement.
• Handle budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet strategic goals.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Implement quality assurance measures for products and services, and monitor production KPIs.
• Enhance customer service quality and satisfaction.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Manage supply chain processes, including inventory, production, sales, and sourcing.
• Optimize workflows and processes for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Report on operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide training and coaching to subordinates as required.
