Proven working experience as a Operation Supervisor in operation/logistic/transport/fleet or equivalent.
Good knowledge in automotive is an added advantage

Responsibilities
Operations
Lead and manage the entire fleet operation.
Plan, organize and manage job scopes of subordinates to ensure that the tasks are accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
Sets performance metrics/KPIs for staff within the Fleet Division. Performance metrics should be monitored on weekly basis and reviewed/discussed with GM MD on monthly basis.
Support Management by providing inputs/suggestions for all strategic processes.
Plan, implement and enforce operational| savings to transportation services such as reducing routes, optimising capacities, employing alternate modes of transportations, and minimizing idling.
Support operation staff on pickup or return, servicing, inspection, perform maintenance, assist on breakdown and emergencies and cleaning by taking part in continuous improvement activities and operational efficiency.
Track deviations to pickup or return of rental and act accordingly to ensure that SOPs are followed by Fleet Operations Department.
Assist to plan, implement, and lead continuous quality improvements process in operations.
Ensure that all vehicles achieved targeted check out per day.
Ensure that all vehicles assigned are 100% efficiently picked up From bookings and executed in a timely manner for delivery based on customer\'s and company\'s set of KPl\'s as approved from time to time.
Study the current SOPs of Customer bookings/orders and staff load assignment in IBP.
Prepare Monthly Performance Report ( PR) for the Fleet Operations Department, identify challenges and implementing processes to overcome IT.
Ensure that HQ software is utilized fully (100%).
Employee Management
Coach and guide employee to plan, develop, implement, and enforce a scorecard for vehicles.
Ensure appropriate actions are taken on employee involving GPS compliances such as idling, speeding, harsh braking, harsh acceleration, accidents/incidents negligence and work on counter measure to achieve zero case.
Review investigations to determine root causes of transportation accidents/incidents, coordinate quality improvement activities and/or improve transport safety procedures.
Be a part of the Review Committee to review accidents/incidents involving vehicles and ensure quality report and actions for improvements done by Fleet Department within a given timeframe
Compliance
Develop and implement a plan for monitoring the compliance controls on the key deliverables of the Rental Agreement with the client.
Ensure timely reporting and escalation of compliance matters to the Top Management for remedy measures.
Close coordination works with Operations and Service Divisions to ensure all relevant programmes / initiatives comply with agreed Service Level Agreements.
Planning and implementation of initiatives to revise existing internal processes and/or adopt new processes to comply with new Service Level Agreements.
Customer Relationship Management ( RM)
Monitor and manage overall relationship touch points with the rental users in accordance with the rental Agreement with the client via multiple channel including telephone,email,whatsapp etc.
To develop new and review existing RM processes to regularly monitor overall fleet user satisfaction for both Operations and Service spectrums.
To manage/analyze CRM data and translate them for continuous improvements programs to increase fleet user satisfaction.
To use and share CRM data for more efficient and effective communications with fleet users.
To track, review current strategies and implement new measures to improve overall fleet user satisfaction.
Research and review existing processes to ensure the company\'s service quality is consistently ahead of the competition.
