THIS POSITION REQUIRES COLLECTION EXPERIENCES, THOSE WITHOUT RELEVANT EXPERIENCES IN RECOVERY & COLLECTIONS WILL BE REJECTED

Plan course of action to recover owed money

Target oriented and able to work under pressure so that targets are met.

Manage a team of recovery officers especially in ensuring collections are up to par with targets set

Sets Credit & Collection operations productivity targets and monitors achievement monthly, quarterly, and annually

-

Planning, evaluating, implementing, and continuously improving all aspects of credit & collection functions and processes.

-

Identifies areas for process/ policy improvements processes in accordance with customer needs and company's requirements and provides opportunities for team members.

-

Persuade, negotiate and push for payment arrangements

-

To handle inbound and out bound calls regarding overdue/over limit accounts

-

Responsible for keeping records and ensuring that Credit & Collection is within company standards and provides the needed support and service levels to attain performance targets.

Update Account status and database frequently

-

Effectively follow up calls to get payments from debtors

-

Ensure the accounts are worked and followed-up thoroughly and in a timely manner

-

Independent with personal persuasive interpersonal skills and result driven

-

Exhibits strong negotiation skills and problem-solving skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia

-

Great working attitude, passionate, self-motivated and able to communicate well with people of all levels

-Min SPM with some working experience

-Min Diploma Experienced/Non Experienced welcomed

-Basic Salary + Weekly Performance Incentive + Monthly High Commission up to 4% tier.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
