We are seeking a

General Manager / Senior Manager

to lead, strategize, and drive the growth of IPO Mall's business operations, partnerships, and market presence.

:

Develop and implement effective Sales & Marketing strategies to drive business growth; Lead overall business operations of the mall, ensuring strong performance in both retail and wholesale segments. Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, tenant engagement, and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including: Property developers, architects, quantity surveyors, M&E and C&S consultants, project management consultants, and interior designers. Explore and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within the interior, building materials, and home furnishing industry. Oversee leasing, tenant management, and product mix strategy to strengthen the mall's positioning. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and risks. Manage and guide a cross-functional team to achieve business targets and operational excellence. Ensure effective marketing, branding, and promotional activities to increase traffic and sales. Provide regular business reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.;

Requirement:

Minimum 5-10 years of working experience, preferably within interior products, building materials, or related industries. Strong network and connections with property developers, consultants (architects, QS, M&E, C&S, PMC), and interior designers. Proven experience in wholesale and/or retail business management is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities. Candidates with prior experience in companies such as IKEA, Harvey Norman, SSF, HomePro, MR.DIY, Courts, or other large-scale retail/wholesale businesses are highly encouraged to apply. Have own transportation to work.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
