Job Scopes: 1.Operation Manager to plan, implement and enforce all security policies and procedures and update where necessary. 2. Able to lead, manage and ensure supervision of all security officers. 3. Ensure all company and standing instructions at each security locations/posts are strictly complied and implemented by security personnel. 4. Able to identify security risks and take appropriate actions in a quick time. 5. Investigate and report on incidents and breach of security cases for further actions. 6. Carry out a surprise check on all security personnel performing duties at locations/posts. 7. Assist in smooth running of the company hostel security and operation. 8. Ensure timely preparation of duty rosters and proper distribution of work/overtime (OT). 9. Plan and organize periodic training for all security guards. 10. Ensure the wellbeing and discipline of security personnel to improve job performance. 11. Dealing with Government department 12. Able to Prepare Government Tender and quotation 13.Knowledge in EP System(KDN) Carry out any other job related instructions and instructed by Superiors. Security/Investigations professional typically with a minimum 6-10 years related experience, either in corporate security or law enforcement, military or intelligence service. Experience in ethics and compliance related investigations is preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in complex situations.
