WE'RE HIRING: OPERATIONS MANAGER

Join Nuuha Beauty -- a growing halal K-Beauty brand expanding across malls & events!

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our retail kiosks and physical events -- someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and knows how to lead a team with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations for retail kiosks & event setups Supervise and train retail staff to ensure strong sales performance Oversee inventory, logistics, and visual merchandising Coordinate with mall management & vendors for smooth execution Ensure operational SOPs and brand standards are met at all times Monitor sales reports and identify improvement strategies
Requirements:

Proven experience in retail or event operations management Excellent communication & leadership skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Able to work independently & manage multiple locations Willing to travel and work on weekends for events if needed
Location: Desa Pinggiran Putra, Kajang
