Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality; 4. Working out the human and material resources needed; 5. Drafting a timescale for the job for Chief Operating Officer approval; 6. Estimating costs and setting the quality standards; 7. Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed; 8. Conduct quality control tests to inspect machinery performance and analyze production outcome during the process. Verify and perform corrective measures of deficiencies and malfunction to ensure product quality. 9. Overseeing and coaching employees\xe2\x80\x99 technical proficiency with appropriate machinery and equipment. Essential training such as machine cleaning and maintenance, repair and troubleshoot, facilities usage method and etc. 10. Monitor the entire production sequence, gather information required to propose applicable adjustments to improve the system 11. Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs; 12. Working with managers to implement the company\'s policies and goals; 13.
