Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional certificate in any related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 year(s) of working experience in food manufacturing company \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be Multitasking and hands on person. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work extra hours or shift. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and consultative skills in a manufacturing environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to handle overall Operation team in large scale \xe2\x80\xa2 Full-Time position(s) available. Primary Duties & Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling operation team consist of Production, QAQC, Maintenance & Technical Department \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and motivate operation staffs to deliver exceptional work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend team meetings to discuss about operation status and ongoing problems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with operations teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with operation staffs to analyze job orders and develop operation tasks and schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and assign daily job duties to operation staffs and workers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide job training to operation staffs and workers to meet production goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications. \xe2\x80\xa2 To meet legal requirement such JAKIM, DOE and DOSH. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with working environment related to certificate FSSC 22000/ISO 22000, Halal, HACCP, GMP & Green 5S. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with ERP system (Smurps) & machinery background and mechanism Benefits \xe2\x80\xa2 Entitled for EPF, Socso, Panel Clinic and Company Uniform \xe2\x80\xa2 Entitled for annual increment and bonus performance \xe2\x80\xa2 Entitled for insurance benefit
