We are seeking a great, corporate or professional figure to lead and manage the cooperative's entire operations:
Strategic & business management, HRA, account & finance, membership.
Ensuring profitability, compliance, and efficiency across all business divisions and support departments.
Acts as the link between the Board and the operational teams.
Ensuring policies and decisions are effectively implemented.
Oversee and ensure governance, compliance & risk management are in placed.
Build strong relationship with members & stakeholders.
This position will be reporting to Chairman & Board of Director.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
At least 8-10 years of relevant managerial experience, preferably in cooperatives, banking/businesses, or corporate operations.
Strong leadership, financial management, and strategic planning skills.
Sound knowledge of SKM regulations, Cooperative Societies Act, and corporate governance principles.

Pay: Up to RM4,200.00 per month
