Manage staff scheduling, training & performance

Monitor inventory, ordering & stock control
Handle daily sales reporting & outlet KPIs
Support marketing activities & in-store campaigns
Minimum 2 year experience in cafe/restaurant management
Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
Passion for F&B & specialty coffee culture
