We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team toward excellence. The ideal candidate is results-focused, people-driven, and committed to delivering outstanding hospitality. You will be responsible for maintaining operational standards, driving hotel performance, and ensuring every guest has a positive and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all hotel operations to meet service quality, performance, and profitability targets.
Develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures in line with company goals.
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through consistent service, effective issue resolution, and continuous operational improvements.
Oversee front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and other key departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Review financial reports, manage budgets, and control operating costs to enhance revenue and efficiency.
Build a positive, motivated, and productive work environment through staff training, development, and performance management.
Handle operational challenges professionally, taking proactive steps to prevent future issues.
Work closely with the head office and external partners on marketing initiatives, promotions, and digital strategies.
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a relevant field.
At least 3 years of hotel operations experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
Candidates from other industries with 5+ years of management experience are welcome to apply.
Experience in budget hotel operations or multi-property management is an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of HR processes, staff scheduling, and training practices.
Proficient in computer systems, OTAs, and hotel PMS software.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required.
Willingness to travel or relocate based on operational needs.
