A bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality management, hotel management, culinary arts, or a related field
3 - 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food and beverages.
Leadership, communication, organization, customer service, menu planning, inventory management, cost control, and problem-solving. You should also have knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations and trends.

Managing Profit and Loss of the business unit and drive sales & profitability - Analysing financial records. Manage Budget.
Execute processes and SOPs to ensure superior customer experience and operational standards.
Oversee food preparation and other kitchen operations
Manage purchase and logistics - Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas.
Manage Unit inventory, assets and reduce wastages in coordination with the Chef.
Address complaints regarding food quality or service
Manage the staff.
Grow the business through marketing initiatives in coordination with the Branding team.
Oversee kitchen hygiene and food safety standards as per standard guidelines and food and work safety protocols.
Reviewing or upgrading menus - Oversee development recipes in coordination with the Chef.
Submit daily and weekly reports and updates to Management.
