Tanggungjawab
Tender and Compliance Management.
1. Review customer instructions and addenda; communicate updates to relevant teams.
2. Advise on and verify the table of contents required for tender submissions.
3. Analyze historical tender closings and pricing for strategic benchmarking.
4. Ensure all tender documentation provided by MISA complies with checklist requirements.
Production & Operations:
1. Oversee end-to-end production processes to ensure operational efficiency and product quality.
2. Manage daily operations including material handling, safety compliance, and workflow coordination.
3. Lead the Operations Department in achieving productivity, quality control and output targets by:

  • Guiding production teams to meet daily production goals.
  • Ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality products.
4. Drive productivity improvements across all operations areas.
5. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield and product quality.
6. Identify and optimize work processes to maximize resources utilization and operational efficiency.
7. Lead process improvement initiatives and propose new workflow.
8. Develop and implement new technologies and process applications to boost production performance.
9. Maintain high standards of housekeeping across factory premises.
10. Promote discipline and motivate staff to achieve peak productivity.
11. Supply accurate and timely data; liaise with internal and external clients on quality related matters.
12. Chair and coordinate the Quality Improvement Team, setting production standards, ingredient specifications and QC procedures for finished products.
13. Continually research analytical and management techniques to advance meter quality management.
14. Train staff on safety measures and promote a safe work environment to minimize long-term health risks.
15. Maintain equipment certifications and benchmark accuracy performance with external laboratories.
16. Lead and motivate subordinates to foster teamwork, productive and professional growth through training and certification.
17. Perform any other lawful duties assigned by management from time to time.
Process Optimization & Cost Control
1. Identify cost reduction opportunities across departments, production lines, and operational workflows.
2. Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative and financial processes.
