Job Description

1. Operational Management

Lead and supervise all operational functions within the Johor Bahru site. Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and quality. Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless operations.

2. Team Leadership & Staff Management

Supervise, coach, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals. Manage shift scheduling, manpower allocation, and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with HR policies and handle disciplinary matters when needed.

3. Resource & Asset Management

Manage branch resources including manpower, vehicles, equipment, and facilities. Ensure all equipment and assets are maintained and used efficiently.

4. Customer & Client Service

Maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and suppliers. Handle escalated operational issues and resolve them promptly.

5. Reporting & Budget Control

Monitor branch expenses and ensure operations stay within budget. Prepare regular reports on branch performance, KPIs, and operational challenges.

6. Compliance, Safety & Security

Ensure compliance with legal requirements, safety regulations, and company policies. Oversee workplace safety, health, and environmental standards. Apply ex-military expertise to enhance site security, crisis management, and emergency response protocols.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Ex-army or ex-military service background strongly preferred

with proven leadership and operational planning skills. Minimum 5 years' experience in operations or branch management. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management tools.

Pay: RM3,881.54 - RM11,878.90 per month
