We are looking for Operation Manager
1. Developing security policies and procedures to ensure that company assets are protected
2. Coordinating with local law enforcement agencies to prevent crime and respond to emergencies
3. Establishing security guard patrol routes and ensuring that guards stay on schedule to maximize coverage
4. Conducting background checks on potential employees to reduce the risk of hiring individuals with criminal records
5. Monitoring and reporting to Senior Operation Manager
6. Handle a meeting with clients.
Qualification
1. Fluently in English and Bahasa
2. 38 years and above
3. Leadership skill
4. Punctual
