Requirements

• Candidate must be know and understand Mandarin, and English.
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma
• Preferably 3-5 year of experience in platform operations, product operations, or project management
• Familiarity or strong interest in basic financial or investment products is a plus
• Clear thinker, highly responsible, and capable of completing tasks independently and efficiently
• Proficiency in CRM systems, backend admin tools, and spreadsheets is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented operations talent with an interest in financial products to join our platform team. This role focuses on driving product optimization, improving user experience, and managing day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily platform operations, including account management, customer support process optimization, and backend data processing
• Assist in executing user growth strategies, such as campaign planning, content publishing, and user engagement
• Consolidate and analyze platform data to propose improvements and assist with product iteration
• Work closely with marketing, tech, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage customer feedback, maintain issue lists, and continuously improve user experience
