Review and verify orders received from the Business Development Department.
Double-check customer details, required dimensions, lorry type, and delivery deadlines.
Plan and schedule tasks based on the order specifications.
Monitor driver movements closely to reduce downtime.
Brief drivers and follow up to ensure customer requirements and satisfaction are fully met.
Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Manage the acknowledgment and return of transport documents.
Assist in processing driver claims and reimbursements.
Effectively manage and respond to customer complaints.
Prepare daily reports on driver movements.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Coordinate with the Admin/HR Department to update driver and lorry status.
Carry out additional tasks as requested by superiors.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Logistic or related field
Min 2 years' experience in related field
Able to do job planning and scheduling
Good communication, planning and execution skills
Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
