To drive Rental Biz marketing and sales: meeting potential clients to market and sales opportunities and follow up with existing clients for new opportunities to expand biz coverage and improve the customer service to all clients.
Work with all external client on rental materials need for leasing and provide the quotation on need basis timely, follow up and review till orders are secured.
To coordinate all rental orders from external clients from delivery till received at client sites, delivery acknowledgement, billing, payment collections till materials are fully returned. Compile all relevant documents for filling and upload those mandatory documents for audit trail purpose.
Disposition all idling scaffolding / equipment from client site on monthly basis or base PO/SO expired date or whenever it is required and ensure all billings are correct and no misses.
Annual renewal of products testing report either with CREAM/SIRIM for used scaffolding materials and compile renewal PPS certificates from VPN/DURA; to ensure we are meeting MS1462 standard compliance, to be use for client's reference when needed.
To maintain the company website's product & services update in MineBiz platform, LinkedIn and any other digital platforms to promote Leopad Hire products and services to increase sales revenue.
Provide periodic Management Report, KPI and other reports preparation pertaining to sales and marketing activities and perform the relevant system transactions accordingly.
