Core Responsibilities
Supervising and managing: Overseeing the daily security operations at client sites and managing the duty rosters for security guards.
Ensuring compliance: Conducting site visits to ensure staff follow company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with client requirements.
Handling issues: Addressing operational problems and complaints, and taking corrective actions to ensure a high level of security.
Reporting and administration: Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports on operations, performance, and attendance.
Equipment and resources: Ensuring security equipment and inventory are sufficient and well-maintained.
Client relations: Communicating effectively with clients and maintaining good relationships.
