Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

To manage and support daily operational activities including material documentation, BER reporting, and customer service coordination. This role ensures accurate posting of Delivery Notes (DN), verification of Purchase Orders (PO) against actual materials received, and supports internal and external communication to maintain operational efficiency.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:

Manage and post incoming material Delivery Notes (DN) accurately. Verify issued Purchase Orders (PO) against actual materials received and ensure correct DN documentation. Maintain and update BER (Beyond Economic Repair) reports and data entries. Respond to customer service team queries and attend to customer visits at Loscam depot. Liaise with internal departments including Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain. Support daily depot activities and reporting. Assist in audits and compliance checks. Work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

LEADERSHIP REQUIREMENT:

Effective listening and understanding. Attention to detail and accuracy. Process-oriented and hands-on approach. Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and explore opportunities. Professional conduct in reporting, working hours, and communication. Ability to work under pressure and extended hours. Good communication skills in English and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Team player with a collaborative attitude.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES:

Accuracy in DN postings and PO verification. Timeliness and reliability of BER reporting. Customer complaint resolution and service quality. Effective coordination with internal departments. Minimizing errors in documentation and reporting. Contribution to operational efficiency and cost control.

POSITIONS REQUIREMENT:

Malaysian citizen with relevant experience in operations or logistics. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. Physically fit and healthy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to work extended hours and weekends if required. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. Good interpersonal and communication skills with services minded and positive attitude. Good computer knowledge, especially in MS Office applications. Good command of English, both spoken and written

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
