Job Description
- Liaise with Marketing Department to know customer requirement parts (delivery date, quantity) or by received the purchase order.
- Monitoring and checking stocks daily by Scams system and updating board every morning.
- Monitoring stocks incomplete (because of end coil), pallet status, quality material stocks whether can be use or not.
- Preparing cutting order and production timing.
- Sorting the schedule by an urgent/empty stock.
- Provide mill certification (Perodua) with cutting order for quality purpose.
- Review production plan with Production Manager for approval.
- Ensure timely, full and accurate communication with all relevant departments on any factors
- Which is impact on delivery, commitments to customers, and quality issue.
- Ensure Operation Planning activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
