Job Description

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in operations planning, supply chain management, or a related role.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using planning software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Excel).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of production processes and supply chain principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication & resolve contentious concerns in relation to export customers/authorities/forwarding & logistic partners whilst maintaining professional
• Day by Day update order to software (Daily Order Complete)
• Handle job creation and monitor the progress for necessary updates
• Communicate with operation team and monitor job status/progress
• Familiar with insurance claims process in the event that goods are damaged/lost etc. Able to track and monitor claims in progress and follow up until closed. Lodge police reports and follow up where necessary.
• Must be organized and able to monitor and track multiple shipments simultaneously.
• To liaise with suppliers and customers to optimized the schedule and minimize or prevent unnecessary losses.
• Entering & maintaining sales orders
• Enter and track customer orders as they are received
• Ensure orders can be received and reviewed by the customer
• Create export documentation in the necessary format to ensure orders can be received and reviewed by the customer
