-Organize and tailor materials to meet client needs and expectations.
-Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials for internal and client-facing activities.
-Liaise with branch and HQ operations; follow up with customers to ensure transaction accuracy and satisfaction.
-Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
-Provide administrative support to the Corporate Sales team as required.
-Manage the ordering of sales supplies and coordinate servicing of related equipment.
-Assist the Manager with branch operational development plans including license applications and contractor coordination.
-Undertake any ad hoc tasks or special projects as assigned by the Head of Department or management.
