Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and control daily operations across stamping production to achieve performance KPIs in

productivity, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery

. Manage and allocate

resources, equipment, manpower, and materials

effectively to support production schedules and operational goals. Collaborate closely with

Planning, Marketing, QA, and Tooling

teams to ensure smooth coordination between order demand, capacity, and process capability. Drive

continuous improvement, cost-reduction initiatives, and process optimization

through lean manufacturing and data-driven decision making. Participate in

new product feasibility studies

, cost analysis, and risk assessments to ensure successful implementation of new programs. Monitor and analyze

production performance trends

, implementing corrective actions and improvement projects to maintain consistent quality and output. Review defective parts, coordinate with Technical and QA teams on

root cause analysis

and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

Prepare and manage annual operation budgets

, ensuring cost effectiveness and alignment with company financial targets. Develop and manage

operational targets, KPIs, and cost-saving plans

to drive overall plant efficiency and profitability. Lead, coach, and develop production teams to build

strong technical capability, teamwork, and accountability

. Champion

EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)

compliance and a culture of continuous improvement across all operational levels.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering

or related field. Minimum

10-15 years of experience

in metal precision stamping or related manufacturing environment, including at least

5 years in a senior management role

. Strong technical knowledge of

metal stamping processes, tooling design, die maintenance, and CNC/press machine operations

. Proven experience in

budget preparation, cost management, and operational expenditure control

. Proficiency in

CAD, SolidWorks, AutoCAD

, and related engineering software applications. Proven ability to

analyze and solve complex operational and technical problems

using structured problem-solving methodologies. Excellent

leadership, communication, and interpersonal

skills, able to engage across departments and influence positive change. Demonstrated ability to

lead strategic initiatives

, manage priorities, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
