INFINE DESIGN is seeking a responsible and committed

Operation Site Supervisor

to oversee ongoing renovation and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily site operations, proper coordination with designers, subcontractors, and project managers, and maintain high-quality work on all project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations including renovation, carpentry installation, electrical, plumbing and finishing works. Ensure all work is carried out according to 2D/3D drawings, designers' specifications, and company quality standards. Communicate effectively with Interior Designers, Project Coordinators, workers, and subcontractors. Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely progress. Manage material ordering, stock checking, and ensure timely delivery of project materials. Solve on-site issues promptly such as material shortages, design changes, or technical challenges. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety compliance. Prepare daily or weekly project progress reports to the Project Manager. Perform final inspection before client handover.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years experience

in renovation, construction, interior fit-out or carpentry. Ability to read 2D drawings and understand site technical requirements. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Able to manage workers and subcontractors efficiently. Disciplined, responsible and able to work independently. Possess a valid driving license is an added advantage.
