Job Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end logistics for meetups, hackathons, webinars, conferences, conferences, conferences - including venue coordination, vendor liaison, registration setups, and on-site support Support initiatives that drive user retention, participation, and community growth through targeted event programming Monitor event KPIs, analyze attendance and engagement data, and report insights to refine future events Work cross-functionally with BD, marketing, content, and external partners to ensure branding, messaging, and execution align Keep up with global crypto event trends, perform venue and vendor research, and propose enhancements to our event strategy Provide logistical support during events - setup/teardown, attendee check-in, swag distribution, and post?event follow-up

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines Data?driven mindset - comfortable tracking metrics and drawing actionable insights Excellent verbal and written communication; confident interacting with internal teams, external vendors, and community member Flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, and travel as needed Natives or Chinese who are living in the local region

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
