Job Responsibility Improve operational efficiencies by maximizing departmental synergies through fostering a one team environment Oversee the following departments: Operation, Marketing & Maintenance. Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization. Ensure all codes, laws, ordinances, policies, procedures, risk management, safety precautions, rules, regulations and emergency procedures are followed. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and capital project budget. Be able to step in for the General Manager for meetings, presentations and in addressing issue concerns as needed Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision. Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration/ Finance/Accounting/Economics. Applicants must be willing to work in TTDI. Prior experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage Charming, outgoing, positive attitude. Have management background. Have leadership quality. Salary range RM6-8k.
