Key Responsibilities: 1. Control-m batch job execution and monitoring. 2. Batch output & event handling 3. Prompt incident identification, escalation & reporting 4. Backup operations 5. Server health checks 6. Start-up, shutdown, reboot/restart of systems & services 7. Generate daily/weekly/monthly/yearly/ad-hoc reports when required 8. Adhere to all operational & physical security procedures 9. Provide operational support during DR Exercises 10. Maintain records required to work towards acceptable audit rating 11. Any other operational related duties as assigned Education and Qualifications 1. Diploma in IT (recognized IT training schools) 2. Prefer to have ITIL Foundation Level Certification Work Experience 1. 1-3 year DC Operations Non-Technical / Soft Skills 1. Work on Shift Rotation \xe2\x80\x9312 hours Shift Pattern (24 x 7) 2. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure 3. Good Communication Skills (both verbal & written) 4. Analytical with good problem solving skills 5. Proactive and able to act on own initiative Other Task-Specific Knowledge 1. Data Centre & Server Operations Support 2. Backup requirements & procedures 3. Batch Job Processing 4. Report Generation 5. Familiar with Data Centre & IT Infrastructure
