Minimum bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field of study
At least 3 years of working experience in Order Processing Fulfillment and Logistics in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in SAP system

Tanggungjawab

Provide internal and external customer service and sales support for order management and system-related work.
Set up SKU in SAP, plan production schedule and load work orders according to material availability
Process Purchase Orders to overseas and local vendors, tracking of incoming goods and inventory control.
Responsible for material planning to ensure the steady flow of materials necessary to support the manufacturing lines.
Ensure on time delivery while resolving discrepancies, recommending solutions and/or action plans.
To liaise with forwarder, arrange and coordinate all import and export shipping matters and documents according to Custom requirement and regulation.
Responsible for Customer Master data management and data integrity in SAP.
Respond to customer\'s queries swiftly and decisively.
