- Operations Staff

The Operations Staff is responsible for supporting the day-to-day business operations of Bino Motorbike Rental, ensuring smooth customer experiences, proper fleet management, and timely execution of tasks related to sales, bike operations, and shop upkeep. This role requires responsibility, adaptability, and hands-on involvement in both administrative and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Recording & Administration

Accurately record

daily sales transactions

into the company system. Ensure sales entries are updated, verified, and aligned with company policies. Plan and coordinate maintenance and delivery with technical staff.

Customer Service & Frontline Operations

Attend to customer inquiries, bookings, and walk-ins at the shop. Provide clear rental information, safety guidelines, and contract explanations to customers.

Maintenance Works

support technical staff on bike maintenance and sending bike for repairs

Bike Delivery & Collection

Deliver motorbikes to customers at designated locations. Handle

delivery logistics

, including time coordination with customers.

Bike Recovery & Roadside Assistance

Respond promptly to breakdowns or accidents with

bike rescue services

. Coordinate towing, replacement bikes, or other assistance as required.

Fleet Maintenance Support technical staff

Send bikes for scheduled servicing and repairs. Maintain basic cleanliness and readiness of bikes before delivery.

Shop & Premises Upkeep

Assist in general

shop upkeep

including cleanliness, stock arrangement, and light repairs. Ensure helmets, riding gear, and accessories are organized and available. Support event preparations or promotional activities at the premises when required.

General Duties

Perform ad hoc tasks as instructed by management to support smooth operations. Work flexibly, including weekends or after-hours, based on company schedule. Uphold safety, professionalism, and company values in every duty.

Requirements

Minimum diploma Possess a valid motorcycle license (B2/B Full). Experience in customer service, delivery, or bike-related work preferred. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Physically fit and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors able to work weekends

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
