A. JOB SUMMARY

To ensure all operation activities planned and executed according the responsibilities given

To ensure operation target achieved

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning delivery container & collection daily

Supervise, monitor & coordinate the haulage operation activity in charge

To check & ensure all related documents

Liase with customer regarding planning & accepting incoming job

Update and checking container staging in yard daily

Cover operation clerk task (booking & update system)

Double check & complete supporting document

Cooperate with maintenance team for smooth planning (Prime Mover & Trailer

Monitor driver attendance and productivity to achieve target

D. REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION

Computer literate

Can communicate effectively with staff from all level.

Good written and spoken in English & Bahasa

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

Bachelor/Diploma in Logistics/Business Development, Business Admin or any related field

Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
