Operation Support System Engineer
Job Description
Monitor 4G/5G KPIs daily through OSS.
Identify underperforming cells or clusters and support in executing KPI improvement actions.
Conduct parameter audits (PCI, TAC, NR ARFCN, neighbor relations) to ensure configuration consistency and accuracy.
Support drive test and post-processing activities, including pre/post-KPI extraction and performance validation.
Analyze OSS data to troubleshoot issues such as low throughput, drops, accessibility failures, and handover issues.
Prepare daily/weekly KPI reports, optimization summaries, and parameter change logs.
Role Levels & Requirements: Level 1: -Strong familiarity with HW network optimization, including PAC/FAC optimization and KPI monitoring.
Minimum 2 years of experience in network optimization.
Level 2: - Ability to handle VIP complaints and optimize top worst-performing cells.
Minimum 4 years of experience in network optimization.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,369.10 - RM8,000.00 per month
