Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the operational team, including attendance, adherence, and performance management
Provide support for telematics devices and software applications, helping customers troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (training will be provided)
Provide regular training on how to Guide customers on using our products effectively, from GPS tracking to temperature monitoring, to optimize their fleet management.
Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to ensure KPI achievement
Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates
Conduct Team Meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input
Job Requirements:
Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in the related field. Troubleshooting experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and English
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of employees
Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations
Have to work alternate saturdays twice per month
Able to start immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
