• Diploma/Degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in food service training, supervision, franchise operations or store management preferred
• Experience in fast-paced F&B chains is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, F&B operations, or training roles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to travel within South Africa to support franchise locations
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Proactive, responsible, and hands-on.
• Proficient in mandarin would be an added value

• Deliver training programs for new franchisees and their staff on store operations, customer service, and brand SOPs
• Assist with new store openings, providing on-site operational training and support
• Monitor franchisee performance and provide coaching to improve operational standard
• Collaborate with the operations team to enhance training materials and ensure up-to-date SOPs
• Conduct regular follow-ups and refresher trainings to ensure consistency across all outlets
