Department Operations

LocationMalaysia - Kuala Lumpur
The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Identify key operational gaps / improvement opportunities for SPX Linehaul operations (eg. route design, on time transporting fulfillment, resources planning & management) Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and drive cross-functional alignment Collaborate with various teams, including Business Solution, Leg Operations and Expansion, to ensure seamless execution of operational excellence initiatives Develop dashboards, tools and comprehensive reports to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics Drive innovation and efficiency through data-driven insights and project management methodologies

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field (eg. Business, Engineering, Supply Chain) Strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details and adaptable to changes * Advantage if willing to travel to hubs within Malaysia
