Responsible of quality topics:
Support and ensure the updates of operational document (Invoicing, SOP, QAP, ...)
Ensure well awareness and applying of the PRM Core Process and Customer process
Apply and update the Quality assurance plan for our customer
Support for the 3PL audits
Escalation point for quality and management system topics
Ensure alignment of quality community methodology and processes (N/C, 3PL audit, lean tool...)
Application of PRISM management system:
Support for PRISM ISO 9001 audit coordination and application
Ensure all risks and N/C are under control.
Lead ISO 9001 certification audit for the RUN process
Support Core team:
Support on management System application and updating
Launch or follow-up RSE initiatives
Coordinate with logistics environment (Tools, Best practices, Support functions...)
SKILLSFor this position, the candidate should have strong skilsl in international and multi-cultural team management, with a qualitybackground, whilst showing a track record in remote management.In addition, the candidate must demonstrate:

EXPERIENCE
Proven track record in a similar role, including team coordination leadership in an international environment.
Experience in management system implementation or maintenance
Problem solving and continuous improvements experiences
QUALIFICATIONS
Masters degree: Business or Supply Chain diploma, Quality degree.
Knowledge in overland, Air and Sea transportation is a plus.
BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
Green belt certification is a plus
ORGANIZATION / RELATIONSHIPS
Central position in a matrix organization with:
A direct reporting line or functional management role to the Global contract manager,
A functional management role or a direct reporting line with the Process and quality manager.
A straight and close collaboration with all the contract steer members.
