Key Tasks
- To lead & monitor the Payable team
- To manage the task performing by Finance Assistant
- To involve in the process improvements and projects
- The AP Accountant is the key support contact for the center and local in term of supporting the accounts payable
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchases, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Working closely with ISSC to ensure all vendors and employees payables are being verified and correctly recorded in the books
- Working closely with ISSC to ensure vendors are paid promptly as per the terms
- Responding to vendor enquiries regarding the accounts payable
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos.
- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
- Experience in using Excel, Power Point and Word
- Analytical / problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal skills and meticulous
- Able to work independently
- Ability to work and deliver results within agreed timeline
- Good communication skills - fluent in spoken & written English
- Attention-to-details, and diligent
- Ability to work with multi-cultural environment
