Key Tasks
- To involve in the process improvements and projects
- Prepare and perform bank guarantee submission in bank portal
- Keeping track of all bank guarantee and follow up prior expired date
- Maintain strong communications with bankers to resolve bank guarantee issue
- Organize idle cash transfer to manage excess operating cash
- Manage weekly and monthly liquidity reporting
- Monitor and analyse monthly intercompany matching report
- Preparing account payables aging reconciliation
- Oversee cash application team compliance with all policies, procedures, and standard business practices, as they pertain to cash application
- Identify and solve problems timely and accurately
- Experience in using Excel, Power Point and Word
- Able to guide the team members when required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and meticulous
- Able to work independently and articulate issues
- Ability to work and deliver results within agreed timeline
- Good communication skills
- Attention-to-details, and diligent
- Ability to work with multi-cultural environment
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance or Professional degree
- 3-5 years of working experience in any area preferrable with SAP ERP system knowledge
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
