• Possess Diploma in any field
• Can speak in English
• Strong team management, organization and coordination, and interpersonal skills;
• Good communication, adaptability, market analysis and judgment, strong execution;
• Creative and proactive, able to bear greater work pressure;
• Understand the market status, changes and trends of the company's products, and be familiar with relevant knowledge of the catering industry.
• Able to travel across all Malaysia as business needs.

WORK LOCATION: KL & SABAH6 days of work a week**you will be contact by Indonesian Number as where the HQ of AICHA located.Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive services to follow up on the development of training work in the area, assist the store manager in presiding over the daily management of the store, lead the subordinates to complete the various work tasks and indicators issued by the company with quality and quantity, and ensure the maximization of the store's benefits;
• Assist the store manager to decompose the operating tasks, formulate operating plans, and lead all employees of the branch to actively achieve the above indicators according to the monthly/annual "turnover indicators, cost indicators, expense indicators, profit indicators" and other indicators issued by the company;
• Formulate store training plans, implement management goals, assist in repairing SOP's operating guidelines and tutorial training plans, and standardize the implementation of service operation plans;
• Evaluate market demand and market competition, analyze operating conditions and existing problems, propose improvement plans and report in a timely manner;
• Be responsible for training quality, department work and product quality, department management order, and the overall mental outlook of employees and subordinates;
• Be responsible for collecting customers' dining opinions and suggestions, properly handling customer complaints, and timely feedback information to facilitate the improvement and update of services and products;
