Maintain office supplies, documents, filing systems and office cleanliness
Assist with banking matters e.g. cheques & TT
Manage employee attendance, overtime, leave records; issue payslips and warning letters
B) Operations Coordination
Liaise with suppliers and transporters; track shipping documents
Coordinate production schedules and track work progress with factory supervisors
Support invoicing and collection of payments from customers
C) Support to Management
Prepare reports, memos and meeting minutes
Track progress and present status updates at team meetings
Assist CEO with special projects, production reporting and internal coordination
Criteria:
2 years experience in manufacturing / factory admin role
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Good command of English & BM; Mandarin is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
